2 months old already??!!

 This was on our "cold" weekend...only in the 60's!

We had a fantastic weekend with Auntie Meg and Uncle James! They got right into the groove of changing diapers, feeding and burping! We asked Meghan to be Norah's godmother, and of course she agreed! Uncle Hank is going to be her godfather! We have 'baptism class' this week...hopefully soon we'll know when she'll be baptized!

Seven weeks old!

Norah is seven weeks old now, and full of grins and coos!!! She hasn't quite mastered a giggle yet, but I think it's coming soon! She is so happy all the time and loves to "dance"! We are loving the weather right now...sunny and 70's and 80's...although this weekend is going to be COLD in the 60's! We have a fantastic day-time routine going on right now, which makes this mama one happy camper! We are still waking in the middle of the night, usually only once for a feeding, but she's good about going straight back to sleep with no messing around! It's only been seven weeks since Norah arrived, but it feels like so much longer...but in a good way! Lots of pics this week:

Just thought I'd post a few more pictures of Norah in her green gear! We had a GORGEOUS day in the desert...spent most of it outside and at the park! I'm getting all the outside time in I can because very soon it'll be too hot to breathe!

She's doing a lot of singing these days! So stinkin cute!!

She patiently waits for me to get ready in the mornings...the lighting is weird in the bathroom...

I'm six weeks old!

Another week has passed, and I'm halfway through my maternity leave! How sad! I'm officially going back May 3rd and just working part time, Friday and Saturday nights. We shall see how long that lasts! We switched Norah's bottles after we went in for her one-month check, and they are doing wonders! She is much more content...most of the time! She's more predictable too, which is good! Lots of smiles, and lots of alert time! I cant believe how much she's changed in just six weeks, she's so darn cute! She's starting to coo a lot now, and she's discovered this high-pitched squeal that's just hilarious...it's her "I'm faking it...but I just want attention now" noise! The weather this past week has been absolutely gorgeous! Sunny and 80's! We've been going to the park and of course I've been sunburned! I wonder if Norah will have my pale and freckly skin, or her dad's easily-tanned skin...Lots of pictures this week!

Two more weeks till our next set of visitors now! And now it's time for a feeding, then off to meet daddy for lunch! It's going to hit 90 degrees today...don't know if we'll make it to the park...yesterday (88 degrees) was borderline for the little nugget. We have to keep her car seat covered so she wont burn of course, but then I feel like she bakes in there! She wasn't even hot, but I worry...
