One-month appointment!

Norah is weighing in at 9 pounds 4 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches! She's a growin girl! Daniel was able to sneak away from work to join us at her appointment, and he was the one that got to hold her while she got her shot...broke daddy's heart! Next appointment (2-month check) she will be getting a few more vaccines than this time. She did great, but I'm afraid I wont do so well next time! She went straight to sleep afterward!

The doc got to witness some of her distressing behavior (thank goodness...sometimes it's hard to describe something without actually seeing it), and decided to put her back on the Zantac while continuing the probiotics, and gave us a couple more suggestions to try to see if it helps her poor tummy! When she feels good she is so happy and bubbly, but when she's uncomfortable...EVERYONE is uncomfortable! Poor baby girl will grow out of whatever it is eventually, but getting to that point is so sad! Anyway, she's doing great otherwise and that's all we could ask for! Our next set of visitors, Auntie Meghan and Uncle James, will be here the end of the month and we cant wait!!! She will be nearly two months old by then! And one month closer until I have to go back to work...sad subject! Well, that's all we know for now! Going to try to sneak in some household chores before the little one wakes up...haha yeah right...
